You create a profile for yourself that gives some basic information about you without being too specific, then you add a recent picture and you’re done. You do not want to create false impressions that will mislead another person. They will often be more flattering than you would be and they can give you some advice about what people might want to know about you. It is sometimes hard to say positive things about yourself because we don’t want to seem as if we are bragging or full of ourselves and a trusted friend or family member can help you point out your strengths without going overboard.
